Country Of Origin: Mexico 🇲🇽

Elote is more than just the Spanish word for corn. It also signifies a popular Mexican street food consisting of corn on the cob that's coated with lime and mayonnaise, then rolled in crumbled cotija cheese and chili powder. Easy to eat on the go, it can be held by it's stalk and consumed by hand. Over the years, elote has achieved such popularity that it's no longer reserved only as a street food, sold by Mexican street vendors. In recent years, it has been featured in upscale restaurants across the world, where it's treated as an international delicacy.

Do you love Elote? Well now your passion for this awesome corn street food can be expressed in notebook form. Check out these 2: I Love You Elote Notebook & Mexican Elote Notebook.
